What are the swirly ceramics made out of? How to take care of them?

High fire stoneware up to cone 6 (1230°C)! They are generally* safe for microwaves and dishwashers, but to ensure the longevity of your ceramics, I strongly suggest hand-washing your hand-made ceramics :) Read the pottery care guide for more information!

Where do you ship?

Anywhere within the EU :)

I live in Vienna - Can I also pick it up?

Yes! Just select “pick-up” as the delivery option and you can pick it up in my studio in the 2nd district of Vienna. 

How much is shipping?

Within Austria its 5€, Within the EU its 10€. You get free shipping on orders above 90€. 

What materials do you use for shipping?

To make my packaging as sustainable as possible, I use biodegradable packaging paper & filling material. After unpacking your piece, you can dissolve the filling material with water. :)

Can I return my Item?

Unfortunately I do not offer returns. If your item is broken, please send an email to get a refund.
